Yes! Grooming is by appointment so we can allocate sufficient time and attention to every pup. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends.

Grooming time varies depending on your pup’s breed, coat condition, temperament and services required. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe and update you when your pup is ready for collection.

We understand wanting to be close to your pup! However, owners are unable to stay and watch during grooming as some dogs become more excited, distracted or restless when they can see their owners. Don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated along the way. ♡

Yes, you can let us know about your pup’s behaviour beforehand. We believe every dog deserves patience and a chance, and we’ll assess them based on how they respond during their session with us. Safety and welfare will always come first.

We will never force a dog through a groom simply for the sake of completing it. If your pup becomes excessively stressed or continuing would be unsafe, we may modify or stop the groom and discuss the next steps with you.

Yes, please! There’s no judgement — we just need to know about any previous biting, aggression, extreme fear or grooming difficulties so we can approach your pup appropriately and safely.

Severe matting can be painful and may not be safely brushed out. Depending on the condition of the coat, we may recommend shaving it shorter for your pup’s comfort. Additional dematting or matted-coat charges may apply due to the extra time and care required.

We’ll always try our best to achieve your preferred style, but the final result depends on your pup’s coat condition, coat type, behaviour and tolerance during grooming. Your pup’s comfort and safety will always take priority over aesthetics.

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations, no-shows and missed transport arrangements may be subject to our cancellation and deposit policy.

Usually, no! If your pup has any special requirements, allergies, skin conditions or products that must be used, please let us know before the appointment.

Yes! We love keeping pawrents updated. If we notice anything unusual or need your approval for a change in the grooming plan, we’ll contact you.

We’ll inform you if we notice anything unusual such as lumps, wounds, skin irritation, ear issues or other concerns. Groomers cannot diagnose medical conditions, so we may recommend consulting your veterinarian where appropriate.

Our Ayurveda Herb Spa is an optional pampering add-on using herbal products as part of your pup’s bathing routine. It’s great for pups who could use a little extra TLC for their skin and coat.

No. Our spa services are for grooming and general coat and skin care and are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or medical treatment.

Non-GA dental scaling is a cosmetic dental-cleaning service performed without general anaesthesia to remove accessible tartar buildup. It is not a replacement for veterinary dental treatment and may not be suitable for every dog.

No. Suitability depends on factors such as your dog’s temperament and dental condition. Dogs with significant dental disease, pain or other concerns may be referred to a veterinarian instead.
