Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened, rescheduled or cancelled depending on our schedule. If we can still accommodate your dog, a late fee of $30 may apply. If the appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

Grooming completion times are estimates only and may vary with your dog’s coat condition, behaviour, health, size and services required.

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment and will be deducted from the final bill.

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows, last-minute cancellations or cancellations outside our permitted notice period. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows may require a 50% deposit or full prepayment for future appointments.

Outstanding charges may need to be settled before another booking is accepted. We reserve the right to decline future bookings following repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Owners must collect their dogs within 30 minutes of being notified that grooming is complete, unless otherwise arranged.

Late collection may incur our prevailing daycare charges. Please tell us as early as possible if you are unexpectedly delayed. Dogs remaining after the agreed collection time will continue to be supervised, with additional charges payable upon collection.

Owners must disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, injuries, skin conditions, medications, previous surgeries, seizures, heart conditions, breathing difficulties and other health concerns before grooming begins.

Please also tell us if your dog is elderly, pregnant, recently unwell, recovering from surgery or has previously had difficulty during grooming. Grooming may cause stress or aggravate an existing or underlying condition, particularly in senior or medically compromised dogs.

We may modify, shorten or stop a session if continuing could compromise the dog’s health, safety or welfare. Charges apply for services already performed even if the groom cannot be completed.

Senior dogs and dogs with medical conditions will be groomed with comfort and safety as the priority. Results may be secondary, and a simpler or shorter groom may be provided where necessary.

Owners acknowledge the higher risk of stress or health complications. We may recommend veterinary clearance or grooming at a veterinary facility where appropriate.
